With so much conflicting information available online and in the media about the ideal runner's diet, it's easy to get lost. What you need is simplicity and practical steps when it comes to understanding nutrition.

I’d like to invite you to consider joining Nail Your Nutrition group program. Working with clients just like you, I’ve found a lot of the questions and concerns around running and nutrition to be very similar. Of course nutrition is personal and there are fundamentals we can all be doing to improve our performance and keep us running strong and injury free. You will also learn how to dial in your nutrition to suite your preferences and dietary needs during and after your training.

What has kept me closely tied to running has always been the community. Whether it’s run groups, races, social runs or online forums, the power of a community provides accountability, implementation, and success is invaluable! I’d like to invite this group to use the power of community to support each other while we learn about the importance of running while training for a marathon or half marathon, while also provide accountability that can make all the difference in terms of sticking to your goals long-term.

Program Summary:

This 6 week group program is aimed at marathon or half marathon runners looking for a solid foundation from which to build their training and race day fuelling plan to get them fuelling like the athlete they are!  This program will provide knowledge and practical tools in a small setting with lots of time for questions and answers.

The program begins February 1 to March 7, 2024 and is hosted online via zoom by me, your holistic sports nutritionist coach!

Program Details:

Start date: Feb 1, 2024

Group calls will be weekly for an hour from 7:00pm - 8:00pm PST.  

You will be equipped with the knowledge to:

  • Understand how to eat to support your marathon or half marathon training plan  

  • Feel empowered to make the best nutrition decisions in your day to day, as well as workout specific goals 

  • Be confident that you’re eating the best foods to fuel your long-runs

  • Understand the basic framework of how to build your runners plate for long-term health and fast recovery

  • Understand how to build your race day nutrition plan

Program Cost:

$350 per person or 2 payments of $180

Each small group nutrition coaching program includes: 

  • 6 weekly, 1-hour live coaching sessions via Zoom where we can have a group discussion about how to incorporate the principles discussed in that week’s module into your life and answer all questions relevant to the topic.

  • Weekly Handouts related to the week’s theme + relevant recipes

  • Weekly Action Step Exercises to help you incorporate the lessons from our session into your training plan in a sustainable way 

  • Email and text access to your nutrition coach where you can ask personalized questions during office hours

  • Access to the private group where you can connect with the group community, offer each other support and advice, ask each other questions, build a community of like-minded friends, and share your experiences, recipes, or struggles.
