  • Each week we will have a handout to read summarizing the information shared in the live session (recordings will be available but it is HIGHLY encouraged that you attend live). Plus weekly Action Steps to help take the lessons from our sessions into the real world, which take 10-30 minutes.

Practice setting aside time for self-care, including connecting to community, learning and cooking nourishing meals is also a very important part of the training plan process.

I recognize that this may feel overwhelming when schedules are tight and workouts are a priority, however, my process is all about building small habits one-at-a-time so that they are sustainable and easy to incorporate, so even five minutes a day can make a big difference over the long term!

  • The investment for 6-weeks of group coaching is $350 or 2 payments of $180, making it a more affordable option for those who want to learn more about health and nutrition, but for whom a personalized coaching package may not be financially viable. Investing in your physical & mental health doesn’t always show monetary returns immediately, but the benefit you will receive from feeling strong, confident, healthy, and happy in your body is worth the time and financial investment in the long term.

  • Each group is limited to 8 participants to allow for deep connection and opportunity for discussion.

  • That depends…some benefits plans include a specific Fitness Benefit or Health Spending Account (HSA) that might cover a protion of this plan. I’m happy to help navigate this with you (with my HR hat on) if you have questions.

  • I always invite you to share as much or as little as you like. There are absolutely no requirements or expectations that you share personal information or struggles with the group. I will send a short nutritional intake form to all participants upon joining the group, but the contents will stay confidential between me and the participant.

  • This group nutrition coaching session isn’t a good fit for those looking for personalized nutrition coaching and wellness planning or who want to do a deep dive into their own personal health conditions.

This program may not be a good fit for those whose primary focus is weight loss. While it’s possible that participants may lose weight upon incorporating the dietary shifts, we will not be discussing weight loss in any of the sessions nor will it be the goal of any of my recommendations. We will be focused on learning the tools to support a long-term healthy, happy and injury free running journey. We do this by learning how to make small, but meaningful shifts to the way that we eat to promote ease and comfort around food.
